Completed in Spring 25’ this home is a great example of form meeting function.
Multiple rooflines, clean cladding detail, and a layout designed to capture those views from every key space. Credit to Design Workshop Architecture for helping us out on this one.

We are into construction on the site next door and look forward to sharing progress.

“It’s just a shed,” the architect said…

Awesome progress from the team since the start of the year with the roofer’s making a start today onsite. Can’t wait to see the big gable windows land on site in the coming weeks.

Work in progress; It’s been great to fire back into the year with some solid carpentry. We have teamed up with for our structural posts and beams as an alternative to structural steel. We look forward to putting a lid on this one!

Another new home taking shape for the new year! Situated in Lincoln, this four bedroom family home is designed for easy living and great outdoor entertaining. The exterior will feature mostly brick cladding, a classic look that’s making a big comeback in recent designs.

New concept underway for an upcoming Saunders House and Land Package! As usual, our friends at Design Workshop have met the brief, and we’re aiming to kick this one off in the new year. Alongside this, we’ve got several other projects moving through design that we’re excited to share soon

The team spent the weekend at Integrated Training’s Calm Under Pressure workshop diving into ways to build resilience, stay calm under pressure, and perform at our best, both on and off the tools.

We look forward to putting it all into action as we take on what’s shaping up to be a massive 2026. Big things ahead for the team!

Another home complete for the Saunders team! We’re proud to showcase this project, featuring a seamless design. For the first time, we partnered with on the fixtures and fittings, ensuring every detail was carefully matched from tapware to door hinges for a truly cohesive finish.
