Small footprint. Big heart.

Last Friday night, Lavericks Bay l New Zealand retreat was honoured with two 2026 ADNZ Regional Awards, the first being New Home up to 150m².

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful clients, builder and consultants who helped bring it to life. It was a privilege to be trusted with such a special project.

A big shoutout also to ADNZ who put on such an amazing awards programme and events year after year 🙌
