Good morning!

The client approached us with this property which was very run down and he wanted to give it some street appeal being in the heart of Chch Cbd.

He had previously had Handymen give it a crack which in result led to the "difficult" areas getting neglected and needing some serious attention.
Re-clad, Insulated, Wrapped, Boxed corners & scribers replaced, Cedar shingles replaced plus much more!

Full steam ahead in Shirley with remedial works for Nick and Rach.

- All the asbestos has been pulled of the ceiling to make way for new lasered suspended ceilings.
-Crack injection repairs to the ring foundation
-Plaster and mesh system to the ring foundation
- Sewer replacement
-Ashphalt driveway replacement
-Bathroom renovation
-New ceiling insulation
-Full internal plaster and paint
-Step cracking in the summer hill stone repaired

While we were doing the repairs the owners decided to add a new kitchen and carpet replacement as well as upgrading the roof with a some new long run!

Look forward to getting this over the line, it will be a brand new house!

Awesome Renovation we did earlier this year for friends of mine.
The clients had Eqc damage to be repaired, so they decided to bite the bullet and do a full renovation as well as the repairs.

-New load bearing beams to make the kitchen/lounge open plan all engineered exempt.
-New Kitchen
-Re arranged all the internal walls to create new spaces
-New Bathroom
-New laundry
-New scullery

Such a simple lay out but really made the most out of the shape to put in a massive open shower 🚿

🔨 Grahams Road complete 🔨

Finally got this job over the line for a happy client who had been battling to get her original Earthquake damage repaired.

A lot of hard manual labour went into this one. The attached garage slab had dropped 95mm towards the gully out the back. By the time we finished everything was back within 2mm!

-New exposed agg driveway
-Slab removed disposed and reinstated as per engineering details.
-Bricks removed disposed and reinstated
-New builders wrap, dpc , builders band.
-Foundations under pinned
-Garage Carpet
