Welcome to our newest design – The Beech – and it has just gone into production!

Our largest single‑delivery home yet, The Beech measures an impressive 20m x 7.2m and offers a spacious 102m² of internal floor area.

It features three bedrooms, a tiled bathroom and ensuite, walk‑in wardrobe, dedicated laundry, ample storage, generous kitchen and living spaces, high‑quality finishes, and even an optional scullery for those who love to cook.

As always, it’s built with The Arbol Difference for comfort and peace of mind – including 50% more insulation than building code, reduced thermal bridging, a full uPVC window suite, full‑time fresh air ventilation with heat recovery, low‑VOC materials, and a 14‑week build time.

Enjoy stable temperatures year‑round, no crying windows, hidden mould, lower energy bills, and reduced maintenance costs.

Fully finished in our off‑site facility, we reduce the cost and environmental impact of building a new home.

Best of all, The Beech arrives ready to plug and play on your land.

At Arbol, we take care of everything – from guiding you through finish selections and building consents, to providing renders, foundations, service connections, transport, and even landscaping.

This one is already sold, but touch base today, to enjoy your own this summer.

One year ago we built and delivered this modular home to Glenorchy, saving an estimated 36,000km of wasted travel, resources and expense.

" When we started to look at options for the build on our property in Glenorchy we decided that a relocatable / modular option was the best method of construction due to the isolation of Glenorchy from Queenstown and the fluctuating weather of the area. A factory-built home can be undertaken in a controlled environment, to better quality and shorter time frames than a conventional build.

We looked at a number of relocatable house builders, however Arbol was the standout company of those we looked at, what attracted us was the enthusiasm and passion of Marcus and Todd plus their ability to offer an energy efficient, well insulated home with attractive detailing and finishes that would fit well on our site. We could see that Arbol had a “point of difference”.

The build process was very straight forward; it was easy to visit the Arbol factory in Cromwell to agree finishes and view the high quality of detailing and finishing. The Arbol team were always happy to walk us around the build and explain the detailing and materials used to achieve an energy efficient / eco home. The 3 modular units were completed in less than 14 weeks and delivered within a week of our agreed completion date.

If was an exciting moment for us to see the modules come together over 2 days, what an instant transition from our bare building platform.

We have had the pleasure of living in our new holiday home over the last 4 months, we just love being there, the house has been amazingly warm and dry over the winter months, while we have 2 heat pumps, these are soon turned off as the ventilation heat recovery system maintains a comfortable temperature.

The Birch Ply lining crates a wonderful ambiance to the house.

We have been pleasantly surprised how low our power bills have been over the winter, this is due we believe to the materials, services and detailing Arbol have adopted in their Eco Homes.

In conclusion we would highly recommend Arbol as a relocatable / modular home builder."

• At least 50% more insulation than NZ Building Code
• European uPVC window suite for outstanding thermal performance

• Long‑lasting and sustainably sourced materials, including Spotted Gum feature walls
• Off‑site manufactured for faster build times, higher quality finish, and reduced environmental impact

“We are so happy with ours. The team was incredible to work with — I actually miss them!” -  Gemma, Lake Hawea

“Snow here today! No extra heating needed. Magic.” - Denise, Te Anau

“It’s warm, it’s quiet, and it feels safe. This is the way forward.” -  Brenda, Alexandra
