🏡 SOLD! Our first-ever Salt & Pepper Projects spec build is officially off the market! 🥂🍾

This one is a pretty special milestone for us. Taking the leap into our first spec build — from choosing the section and designing the home, through to seeing it come to life and now handing it over to its new owners — has been an awesome journey.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve created and stoked that someone else now gets to call it home. 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who played a part in the project!

We’d also like to say a big thanks to Kerry Black from Edinburgh Realty for all her hard work, professionalism and for helping us get this one across the line! 🙏

The boys have been putting in the hard yards alongside Jayden over the last few weeks, helping bring Soul Fitness Cromwell’s new gym to life 💪

We’ve been getting stuck into the internal fit-out, with all wall framing built insitu with nearly 4,000m of timber used to date! 🪚🔨

A bit different from the usual work for us, but an awesome project to be part of.

Plenty more to come — can’t wait to see the finished space! 👊

From the initial concept through to the final finishing touches, this project has been built with a focus on quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and attention to detail.

We're proud of the result and grateful to everyone who helped bring it together.

Final finishing touches going into our Salt and Pepper build at Booth drive, Wooing Tree Estate. 🙌🏽🏡

This kitchen has come together exactly how we envisioned — warm timber cabinetry, stone benchtops, textured splashbacks and brushed brass finishes, a modern timeless feel throughout.

Home will be fully finished and landscaped in the next few weeks.
