Are you an organized multi-tasker who loves variety in their workday? Tile Warehouse Cromwell is looking for a reliable, friendly Part-Time Office Assistant to join our small, supportive team!
If you have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, a customer-focused attitude, and want a local role where you can truly get involved in all aspects of branch operations, we want to hear from you.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
Branch Administration: Assisting in all aspects of day-to-day branch admin, general office duties, and keeping company records meticulously up to date.
Bookkeeping & Accounts: Reconciling bank transactions and assisting with monthly accounts using Xero.
Stock & Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, ordering from suppliers, and ensuring all incoming inventory records are accurately updated.
Showroom Support: Greeting customers, helping with basic enquiries, and help keeping our showroom looking sharp.
Team Support: Providing essential cover for team members during breaks and staff leave.
✔️ What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience with Xero (or similar accounting software) is preferred.
A true all-rounder: Someone eager to learn and support all facets of a busy branch office.
Strong attention to detail, especially for data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
A confident, friendly, and customer-focused communicator.
Flexibility: Ability to work agreed part-time hours, with the essential availability to cover additional hours for staff leave.
