Proud of Andrew being in the New Zealand Certified Builders Apprentice Challenge finals in Auckland after winning the regional final in May - Good work mate!

Harrold Building Ltd’s Andrew Jackson proudly represented Central Otago at the New Zealand Certified Builders Apprentice Challenge after winning the regional final in May. Competing alongside apprentices from across the country, Andrew took on a series of demanding practical challenges while showcasing his skills on the national stage.

The experience highlighted the importance of apprenticeships in the building industry, with both Andrew and Harrold Building owner Michael Harrold encouraging more young people to consider a career in construction. Building connections, gaining experience, and learning from others made the event a memorable opportunity.

🏠What type of builds do we do?
From First Homes ➡ Architectural Dream Homes

We believe every project deserves the same level of care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail - regardless of size or budget.

Whether you're building your very first home, creating a forever family home, completing a renovation, or bringing an architectural vision to life, we're committed to delivering a quality result that reflects your goals and lifestyle.

No two clients are the same, and no two homes should be either. We take the time to understand what's important to you and work closely with you throughout the entire building journey.

From practical and affordable first homes to high-end architectural builds, we're proud to help clients across Central Otago turn their ideas into reality.

Thinking about building? We'd love to chat about your plans.

Throw back to a 2023 build and three things we loved about this home:

- Outdoor entertaining areas (yes multiple😆)
- Light open kitchen with great indoor/outdoor flow
- Skylights, everywhere!

🔑 A look back at one of our completed homes from 2023

Every build tells a story, and this project was no exception (especially considering it was our own family home! 😉).

We created a home tailored to our lifestyle, needs, and vision - carefully considering how we wanted to live, entertain, and make the most of our space for years to come. That's one of the things we love most about what we do and working alongside our clients.

Looking back on this project reminds us why we love building and helping others create homes they'll enjoy for generations to come too 🏠
