Please enjoy these historical images and 24 Minute Audio clip captured in the the High St Location

Est. 1989 as a Christmas-themed grotto, the Fantasy Cave grew into a display of Local history and a fairytale wonderland which attracted visitors to Dannevirke from around the Globe

it's Christmas eve! (Dec 24)

Santa needs to return to the North pole after 4pm today, for 'the big event'

so we will be closing our doors on the the 2025 season of the Dannevirke Fantasy Cave "CHRISTMAS POP UP" 10am-4pm Daily

thank you all for your smiles and it is so rewarding to see the visitors and a huge thanks to our sponsors and supporters, some have been here since the start in the late 80's

keep an eye on our page for 2026 progress and Merry Christmas and Happy New year all
