Introducing the new Triplex. This incorporates our 6 m x 3 m module so is just under 56 m2 in floor area. Plans can be drawn to meet your requirements, and the final price for this would be dependent on the final specification for the unit, but an indicative starting price for these would be $125,000 plus GST ex factory. Pricing for transport, siting of the unit and any compliance would be additional to the ex-factory price.

The lease to buy options for our homes are now available. The current lease interest rate is 10 %, with a minimum of 20 % deposit, with terms of 3, 4 or 5 years. We have attached a schedule of deposit details and weekly payment amounts for each of our tiny home models based on an initial payment of 20 % deposit. The lease to buy options only apply to the factory cost of our homes.

Our display home has weathered the storm very well. Set on screw in piles and nestled into the surrounding orchard the house was very secure. This is an example of our 30 m2 Duet. The garden around the display home is becoming very established adding colour to the setting. Come and see what this house has to offer.

Leasing is generally for a minimum of five years and can include lease to buy, long term lease or other arrangement.

For companies this is a great option as leasing does not incur taxable capital expenditure.

For individuals this could be a great way to achieve a home ownership dream.

The no-frills Solo module is a 15 m2 unit that offers accommodation at a very affordable price of $21,900. The next step up is the Solo module with toileting facilities which is priced at $28,800. Prices are ex factory and include GST. The stud height on these is 2.4 m, and they come ready for use.
