🔨New flashings
🔨New colour steel spouting with an extra downpipe to stop that dreaded overflowing spouting!

More Bathrooms
This one included striping both the bathroom and the ensuite
Demolishing the internal walls between the ensuite and the toilet,
Reframing the wall in the ensuite wide enough for a new 3 sided shower. Patching up Two old doorways and installing 1 new one for the bathroom. All new cieling and wall linings. End result is two bigger bathrooms that are much more useable with some really good useable space

Great bathroom renovation recently completed.
This was three separate rooms and looks great opened up to make one large bathroom
We really liked the new stone based shower

Tidying up some small jobs before the end of the year. Shelves supplied and installed. A new glass door to a shower to do away with the shower curtain!
