Kaikorai Valley Road Townhouse Development

Over the last couple of weeks, this project has really started to take shape. As with any development, there have been a few challenges and logistical issues to work through, but the team is progressing at a great pace while continuing to deliver quality workmanship.

Approximately 95% of the underground services have now been installed and signed off. The footpaths are starting to take shape and are being prepared ahead of concrete works.

The first stage of kerbing has also been completed, marking another key milestone in the project’s progress.

It's great to see the site coming together, and we are looking forward to sharing further updates as work continues.

At Pro Civil, Three Waters isn't just what we do, it's at the core of who we are. Our passion for delivering quality water infrastructure drives everything we do, from the first pipe in the ground to project completion.

From stormwater and wastewater to water supply infrastructure, we are proud to be delivering the essential services that keep our communities functioning every day.

One of our team's favourite parts of the job is popping concrete pipes home. Seeing a line come together and knowing it'll be serving the community for generations is something we are proud to be a part of.

These photos capture just a small selection of the projects we have delivered over the years. There are far too many to share, but each one represents the pride, technical skill , and commitment our team delivers daily.

The bigger picture is simple, our efficiencies creates value. The smarter and more efficiently we deliver projects, the more infrastructure can be built, the better public money is utilised, and the greater the benefit to the communities that rely on these essential services every day.

Wastewater Infrastructure – A Few Snapshots from the Archives

There are far too many photos to fit into one post, but it's always rewarding to look back at some of the wastewater projects we have delivered over the years.

From 100mm sewer laterals through to large-scale gravity sewers, rising mains, and carrier pipelines, we have been fortunate to work on a wide range of technically challenging wastewater infrastructure projects.

Many of these installations have involved deep excavations, complex ground conditions, engineered shoring systems, live network tie-ins, and the precision required to achieve grade on critical gravity pipelines.

It's the type of work that demands experience, planning, and attention to detail, and we are proud of the quality outcomes our team continues to deliver.

Looking back at these projects reminds us how much expertise, hard work, and teamwork goes into building the underground infrastructure that our community rely on every day.

The Pirates family has lost one of its own.

This week we were saddened to hear of the passing of Dave Murphy, a proud Pirate, teammate and supporter.

Dave's contribution to the club and wider community went far beyond the sidelines. He was someone people respected and enjoyed being around.

As a business, we send our sincere condolences to the Murphy family during this incredibly difficult time.

Tomorrow, we will join many others at the Taieri Seniors v Pirates Seniors match in Mosgiel to show our support for our team and the Murphy family. It will be a day filled with emotion, reflection, and remembrance as we honour a true Pirate.

Another great effort from the team this week.

Tomorrow we come together as a group for our monthly toolbox talk, where we will discuss our vision and direction moving forward.

As we head deeper into winter, our focus will be on strengthening our roles within the team and delivering the best we can for one another.

Teamwork, accountability, and consistency will be key as we continue to build momentum.

Looking ahead to September, we will be looking to strengthen our team with experienced individuals who can add value and help us continue to grow.
