Friday PT Session 💪
Another great Friday PT session led by Henry from NRG Gym. It's been fantastic to see the commitment from the team each week, and the results are already showing.
Henry has commented on the huge improvement in the mobility and movement of our scaffolders in just a few short weeks. Better flexibility, improved range of motion, and fewer aches and niggles all help the lads perform their jobs more safely and efficiently on site.
A good warmup and stretching routine before a day's graft is often overlooked, but it's one of the simplest ways to prepare the body for the physical demands of scaffolding. Taking a few minutes to loosen up muscles and joints can help reduce the risk of injury, improve mobility, and keep energy levels up throughout the day.
We're proud to be investing in the health and wellbeing of our workforce. A fitter, stronger, and more mobile team is a safer and happier team.
