A simple replacement of the toilet, hand basin and some new flooring has given this room a modern look. With a new lick of paint and some tiles to come this will be looking sharp!

Our client hadn't organized someone to do the flooring which would have held us up, so we had a crack at it ourselves. let us know how you think we did 👀
