You may or may not have seen there has been a recall notice issued on Serene Bathroom heaters, Model S2068 from 2018 onwards. We are working with our suppliers to confirm which jobs we have installed this model of heater on and have been advised this could take another week or so to confirm. Once we have confirmation, we will notify all affected clients.

In the meantime, If you would like to check to see if your heater is a recalled one, please see the sticker on the top of the heater to check the model number.

If you do have a S2068 heater, please stop using it immediately and let us know.

Please note that two other serene heater models (S2069 and S207T) have a warning/monitor notice issued. Energy Safety considers there is a low risk from continued use of these models. However if you observe an unusual smell or noise from the heater, do not use it and contact us to check it over.
