Congratulations to Bramwell Geeves Scaffolding on taking out the $0–$50k Commercial Job of the Year category at the 2026 SARNZ Awards!

The award recognises their outstanding work on our Burns House project in Central Dunedin, where they've delivered an impressive scaffolding and access solution to support our team's ongoing fit-out works.

Working nearly 40 metres above street level, the Bramwell team installed twin 12-tonne loading bays, with approximately 35 tonnes of infrastructure installed in just 10 days. An incredible example of technical expertise, innovation and teamwork.

We're proud to be working alongside Bramwell Scaffolding on this project and it's fantastic to see their hard work recognised at a national level. 👏

This project showcased outstanding engineering and technical expertise at the Burns House high-rise fit-out, with twin 12-tonne loading bays operating simultaneously at heights of up to 39 metres.

From bespoke engineered connections to installing approximately 35 tonnes of loading bay infrastructure in just 10 days, the team delivered a complex solution that allowed new materials to arrive while demolition waste was removed.

Our Queenstown team working on the KENA Apartments project has achieved a significant milestone: the successful delivery and installation of the first set of steel piles on site. 🏗️

With a restricted site footprint, the delivery required a Temporary Traffic Management Plan (TMP) on Frankton Road, and a 60-tonne crane from Smith Crane & Construction Ltd to safely offload the steel piles. The team carefully planned and coordinated every detail to ensure the operation was executed smoothly and safely.

The first dozen piles are now in place as the team begins work on a retaining wall, ahead of installing more than 90 piles for the building itself, thanks to our trade partners at Moore Construction.

We look forward to the next 12 months as we watch this exciting project come to life!

Our Otago team has made great progress on a new block of six, three-bedroom homes in Halfway Bush, Dunedin, for Habitat for Humanity Southern Region. Once complete, these brand-new homes will be home to families, couples, and first-home buyers through Habitat for Humanity's Progressive Home Ownership Programme.

We're proud to share that our Queenstown team is a finalist in the Corporate Citizenship category at the 2026 Spirit of the Wakatipu Awards!

For the team, being part of the Wakatipu community means more than just building projects. It's about giving back, supporting local initiatives and using our skills and resources to make a positive difference.

One recent highlight was our 24-Hour Treadmill Challenge, which brought our team and trade partners together to raise over $20,000 for local volunteer fire brigades.

Something big is taking shape in Wānaka.

Earlier this month, our team commenced work on Woolworths New Zealand in Three Parks.

The new 3,810m² supermarket is scheduled to open in late 2027, alongside 200m² of additional space for retail, food and beverage tenancies.

It’s a project that will bring new opportunities, greater choice and added convenience to the growing Wānaka community - and we’re proud to be part of bringing it to life.

Incredible progress is being made at the Park Ridge Community Precinct in Queenstown, with the development taking shape at an impressive pace.

Our Queenstown team has been hard at work bringing this new community hub to life, with construction progressing across several key spaces - including a new Night ‘n Day, Industrial Fitness and Nurture and Bloom Early Learning Centre.

It’s exciting to see how quickly each part of the precinct is coming together and to be delivering spaces that will soon support local businesses and families in this growing community.

A special shoutout to Topcoat Specialist Coatings, named Trade Partner of the Month, for outstanding craftsmanship and clear, consistent communication throughout the project.

Woolworths Halswell officially opened its doors today, marking the completion of a project our Canterbury team can be incredibly proud of.

This project is a great example of what strong teamwork, collaboration, and hard work can achieve. We’re especially proud to have delivered the store ahead of its original schedule and under budget.

A huge congratulations to our project team, led by Project Manager Andrew Olliver and Site Managers Mark Simmonds and Andy Rae, for their outstanding leadership throughout this journey.
