With the upper level now emerging, the outlook is opening up and giving us a preview of the incredible views these home owners will enjoy for years to come.

Some of the best parts of a project can't be drawn on a plan, and this view is definitely one of them. 🪟🌊

For more than 12 years, one of our Directors, Bill, has proudly served on the Otago Master Builders Committee, supporting the building industry he's so passionate about.

Recently, Bill had the privilege of presenting the Special Award at the Master Builders Central North Island Awards.
It was an opportunity not only to celebrate outstanding achievements, but also to witness firsthand the exceptional talent, innovation and craftsmanship being showcased by builders and designers across New Zealand.

Congratulations to all the finalists and winners. The calibre of work on display is something NZ can be extremely proud of.

We're incredibly proud of Bill for his ongoing contribution to recognising and supporting excellence in our industry.

A little sneak peek at some of the finishing touches coming together on our St Clair renovation 👀

The kitchen now features a pressed tin splashback, adding texture and character to the space. The client also chose to restore the existing timber flooring using Solo Floor Sanding. Their team worked hard to sand and refurbish the area to retain some of the home’s original character. The kitchen hardware was then selected to tie in with the warm tones of the floor.

In the bathroom, a mural wall has been installed, creating a real feature moment and adding another layer of personality to the renovation.

It’s these personal touches that help make a renovation feel unique to the home and the people living in it.

Next major stage for this project…. the deck!

Happy Friday!

What a backdrop for this morning’s slab pour. After a couple of weeks of winter weather delays, it’s exciting to see our new site reach its first big milestone. The joys of building through a Dunedin winter! ❄️🌅

Last time we checked in, back in February, our site north of Dunedin was in the process of being closed in.

Since then, the windows have been installed and the roof is on! The next steps are insulation, followed by the installation of the Gaboon ply linings.

This photo gives a clearer idea of how the sloping ceilings will run and come together. We’re looking forward to showing you the finished linings very soon!
