Not every fault can be repaired!
We were recently called to a property in Pukekohe after being advised the hob was faulty. Once on site, it quickly became clear that the unit was unfortunately beyond repair and required replacement.

The good news? We were able to get the issue resolved quickly, organise a replacement, and have everything back up and running for the tenant with minimal disruption.
