Awesome to see one of our clients, Eric Lander, thinking outside the square of traditional farming and building a successful orchid business exporting to florists around the world!

A few years have passed since this photo was taken! We’ve come a long way, but we’re still doing what we love, getting the job done for Taranaki farmers. Anyone remember this machine?

Just a quick trip to the quarry… 🚜

Out of the yard, up to the quarry for a load of metal and back again.

Not every job involves a paddock!

Dreaming of warmer days with these throw backs to previous seasons! 🌞 💭

Although we are still keeping busy with winter jobs, there’s nothing quite like seeing the days getting longer and knowing summer is just around the corner!

Meet Lloyd Gernhoefer Contracting

We thought we'd start things off by introducing ourselves.

Based in Eltham, Taranaki, Lloyd has been operating for over 30 years, working with farmers throughout the region.

What started out as a small round bale operation has grown quite a bit over the years. These days we cover a pretty wide range of agricultural contracting work, from baling, silage and hay through to maize, fertiliser work and general agricultural jobs.

We've got a great bunch of people on the team, plenty of machinery, and definitely no shortage of busy days!

We're a family operated business and we really value the farmers we work with and the relationships we've built over the years.

We'll be sharing a bit more of what goes on behind the scenes over the next few weeks. The people, the machinery and some of the jobs we get up to.

Thanks to everyone who has supported us over the years. We appreciate it! 👍
