🚨 WANTED: A Craftsman Joiner Who Knows Their Timber From Their Elbow 🚨
Let’s be honest for a second. The world is currently full of flat-packs, cheap laminate, and "she’ll be right" DIY jobs. We don't do that here.
We are on the hunt for a proper Craftsman Joiner to join the team. Someone who looks at a beautiful piece of timber and sees a masterpiece, not just a way to pay for Friday night drinks (though it does that too).
What we are looking for:
- A Master of the Craft: You can run a spindle moulder without losing any digits, your mortise and tenon joints are tighter than a local council budget, and you actually know how to use a real handsaw.
- An Eye for Detail: If "close enough" is your personal motto, this probably isn't the gig for you. We need someone who spots a 1mm error from across the workshop and loses sleep over it.
- A Good Bastard: You can work independently, don't mind a bit of workshop banter, and can put down the tools at knock-off time without needing a formal invitation.
What’s in it for you?
- Real Work: No repetitive, soul-crushing assembly lines. You’ll get to sink your teeth into proper, high-quality projects.
- The Right Gear: A solid workshop setup with the tools and space you need to actually do your job properly.
- A Top Team: Good people, zero micromanagement, and a boss who knows the difference between a biscuit joiner and a breakfast snack.
- Solid Compensation: We pay well for actual skill. No lowballing for a true craftsman.
If you’re tired of building the same boring boxes day in and day out and want to get back to what you trained to do, we want to hear from you.
👉 Drop us a PM with a bit about yourself, or flick through your CV ([email protected]) if you’ve got one handy. Let’s have a yarn and see if the fit is right.
(Note: Must have valid trade qualifications or equivalent years of turning timber into art. Absolute legends preferred).
