And Stage 3 at Awa Park is officially released.

The Classic crew recently hosted a colouring in competition for the kids at Halcombe School, Tim had the very important job of announcing the winners at assembly today.

He was absolutely delighted to discover it was also Pyjama Day… meaning he finally had a legitimate reason to rock up to work in an Oodie. 😂

Thanks for having us, Halcombe School! Your kids made choosing just three winners per class seriously difficult. 🎨👏

Our team works out of the garage, which just so happens to have a glass garage door. Great for natural light. Even better for spotting the signs of curious visitors.

Meet Tim.

Qualified carpenter, Building Consultant, and the person you’ll usually find at the Awa Park Showhome with a coffee in hand.

Tim knows building from the tools up, so he’s good at cutting through the noise, explaining what’s possible and helping people work out what will actually suit their section, budget and way of life.

No hard sell. Just practical advice, honest conversations and a good yarn.

How do you know if a home will work well in real life?

A good Design + Build process is shaped by more than a floor plan.

It’s about the section, the sun, the flow, the outlook, and the way the home will feel once you’re living in it.

With the frames up, the plan becomes something you can walk through. For Brad and Tim, it’s a chance to see how the layout, flow and details are working in the space itself.
