Stage One of SDE/ SLD Port Street East Development is seriously starting to look the part, with completion now well and truly in sight.

After the torrential rain we battled on Monday, who would’ve thought we’d be sealing roads under blue skies just days later.

A massive amount of work has gone into getting this stage to where it is, and seeing everything start to come together is pretty bloody satisfying.

A few more finishing touches and we’ll be calling this stage completed.

Good things are happening down at SIKA Land Developments – Port Street East Subdivision.

Stage One is coming together nicely, and we couldn’t do it without the bloody good contractors and local businesses working alongside us and backing us every step of the way. We appreciate everyone that’s getting stuck in, and helping get the job done right.

She’s starting to take shape now. Watch this space.

As usual .nz the MVP showcasing all our progress.

The dump truck’s on site shifting all the soil and giving the site at Port Street East a well-deserved tidy-up. Progress is looking good!
