Update from Stage 1 of one of our Queenstown builds.

With the cladding, joinery, and garage doors installed, the exterior was beginning to take shape. The combination of Linea Oblique cladding and JSC TMT® Amba timber soffits highlighted the home’s clean architectural design.

Recent progress from one of our Queenstown projects.

Featuring JSC TMT® Amba timber soffits and Linea Oblique cladding in 200mm and 300mm profiles, the exterior is beginning to take shape. The combination of materials introduces texture, depth, and contrast, helping define the home’s architectural character.

With the cladding and joinery installed, attention has turned to the finer details. The timber soffits add warmth and refinement, bringing another layer of detail to the overall design.

More updates to come from this Queenstown residence.

Progress on our Queenstown build 🏔️

A look back at an earlier stage of this build as it started to really take shape.

At this point, framing was up, the building was wrapped, and the structure was coming together nicely. It’s always a key milestone when you can start to see the detail coming through.

We’ve made solid progress since here and will be sharing updates as we move through the next stages.

Great effort from the crew and all trades involved keeping things moving on site.

From the ground up in Queenstown 👷‍♂️

Great progress on the first stage of this new build with the slab down, framing up, and the structure really starting to take shape. Always a good feeling seeing a project come to life against a backdrop like this.

Big thanks to the team and all involved for keeping things moving smoothly.

Looking forward to sharing the next stages as this one continues to come together.
