A bit of progress on the 66. A heap of welding and panel work. I have decided to pull the body off the chassis and blast n paint them.

So much for the daily posts, but here's a 3 day one. Exhausts connected,radiator plumbed, pwr steer on, torque convertor connected, door jam rust welded. Here's a vid of me testing the the gears etc. Also new parts and vaporblaster panels. ........the good - no engine smoke, holds good engine temp and oil pressure, gearbox shifts in all gears, pwr steer works. Stuff to sort_small oil leak, small water leak, and 1annoying vacuum leak I can't seem to find. Overall I'm pretty pleased with it.

So this is her. A 1966 4 door pillarless. Purchased unseen. Has rust. Engine was described as the original 283 recently reconditioned? Only Fired up momentarily. 98 percent complete. Imported 1972. Sat in shed for 20yrs.
