Landscaping is progressing well at the new Kāinga Ora housing development on Hamilton Street.
Last week, the team was busy installing soil and contouring gardens in preparation for planting.
A big thank you to Jim Bates Contracting for supplying the screeded topsoil, and to Gordy and the Ajax team for providing the telehandler.

From tired, broken concrete to a clean, modern paved space ✨

By extending the area, the client has created a larger outdoor space to relax and make the most of the sunny northerly aspect — the perfect spot to enjoy this lovely garden.

A transformation that’s not only practical, but looks fantastic too.

Love how this project came together — clean concrete pavers, crisp white stone, fresh planting, and a perfectly finished lawn creating a modern, low-maintenance entrance. Everything flows together beautifully to create a polished, modern look from the street to the front door.
