The team at Jones & Cooper Builders have been hard at work, and these photos say it all. This project has taken serious skill, dedication, and teamwork — and the men/woman on site have delivered every step of the way.

From the precision in the groundwork to the craftsmanship in every structure going up, the crew has shown what happens when experience and pride come together. A huge shout‑out as well to the subcontractors who’ve backed this build with their expertise, reliability, and top‑tier workmanship.

It’s impressive to see a project of this scale taking shape, and even better knowing it’s being built by people who genuinely care about doing things right. Outstanding effort from everyone involved and huge thanks to McHutchens Dairy.

Loving the progress at the new Dairy Shed at Dunrobin. Jones and Cooper Builders, together with Cedric Blair and the team, have been pouring their energy (and plenty of concrete) into the build one week ago. The latest photos and video show just how nicely everything is coming along. Great work from everyone involved. Thanks, Aaron Kitto, for the photography.

🤩👷🔨🪚Jones and Cooper Builders have teamed up on some interesting projects this season: restoring the old water tank and stand at the Willowbank corner. The tank was first built in 1911 for the rail line to Waikaka. The line closed in 1962. The tank and windmill remaining as a land mark until removed for repairs recently.
The tank and stand are fully restored and should be good for another 100 years.
The Windmill itself is still a work in Progress.

🛠️✨ Is it a shed… or Gore’s newest luxury swimming pool? boy did we need one today!

JCBuilders are at it again turning a humble patch of dirt into something far more exciting. At this stage it’s giving “underground spa resort” or maybe “the world’s most over‑engineered paddling pool,” but trust the process… this beauty is on its way to becoming a brand new shed.

Rebar, diggers, trucks, and a whole lot of Kiwi ingenuity — that’s how the magic starts. Can’t wait to see this thing go from giant circle-in-the-ground to an actual building. Stay tuned! Thanks to Sonic and Chris for the photos.

🎅🔨 Merry Christmas from JCBuilders! 🎄🏗️

We are swapping our hard hats for Santa hats, our hammers for candy canes, and our scaffolding for Christmas lights (don’t worry, we triple-checked the load-bearing capacity of the tree).

Meet Sako: site supervisor, snack inspector, and morale booster extraordinaire at Jones & Cooper Builders 🐾. With a high-vis vest and a nose for mischief, Sako keeps the crew in line—unless someone drops a sandwich, then all bets are off. Sako will also let you know if he doesnt think you are working hard enough. He demands belly rubs before toolbox talks. Worksite productivity is up 200%, mostly due to tail wags and unsolicited paw-shakes.
