Sorry everyone, your social media girl has been MIA, but I'm back! 👋

Back in July, we held our mid-year work function, where we celebrated two dedicated and very deserving team members, Arun and James. 🎉

Arun and James have each reached an incredible 10 years of service with Lobell Construction. We are honoured to have them on our team and grateful for everything they bring to the company. Their dedication, reliability, integrity, commitment, and quality workmanship are truly valued.

Thank you both for your hard work and loyalty over the past decade. We appreciate you and look forward to many more years ahead! 👏🏅🛠️🎊👨‍🔧👷‍♂️

Our main man Leon is leading the charge on the Hinemoa Apartments project 💪, with Tony working hard behind the scenes to help drive this mammoth build forward.
Even with a packed schedule, Leon is mentoring two of our apprentices on site, always making time to listen, support, and share valuable advice 👷‍♂️👏

Yulinca is the friendly face that greets everyone at our front desk with a warm and welcoming smile. She’s the voice on the phone, always ready to connect you with the right person.
A proud mum, and a “work mum” to us all 😇. Yulinca keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From organising and filing with systems so sharp that nothing is ever missed 🧐, to helping keep us all in line (nothing gets past her! 🫡), she plays a vital role in our team.
She also supports our accounting processes, ensuring everything is handled and payments are completed efficiently 🤝.
The list could go on, but for now, thank you, Yulinca. Your presence, faith, and resilience bring so much positivity to the office every single day.
We are truly grateful and blessed to have you as part of the Lobell team! 👏🙏👷‍♀️

The sunshine has been fantastic for progress on site, even if those chilly 6am starts aren’t quite as enjoyable. ☀❄️Keep up the great work, lads, the gym is coming along nicely!
