Unreal I haven’t posted since November 2021! Here’s a bathroom reno from last week in a rental. Wish I had some before pictures. We got this done in 10 days start to finish. Removed all the gib , insulated outer wall and ceiling properly. Put a descent extraction fan in ceiling with down lights. Re lined with aqualine gib. Supplied all quality mixers, shower unit, toilet, vanity & mirror cabinet . Even hung the toilet roll holder! None of this trade depot crap here… I have a awesome team of contractors to help with every stage of these Renovations. Feel free to get in touch if this is something your considering. I can make it super easy with all the great contractors we use & keep the job on schedule to minimize downtime

My backyard is a hot water cylinder grave yard at the moment. The old Rheemglass I replaced today (orange & white one) had a faulty gas control valve & it was sending too much gas to the burner which could have led to a very dangerous situation , glad the house owner got in touch. being 42 years old it was time to replace & bring the old installation up to code. If you have a old gas hot water heater you want checked & serviced or are thinking about upgrading that low pressure system to a mains pressure give us a message 👍🏻

Latest Rinnai conversion, my client Lesley needed her kitchen taps fixing & asked for me to service this old rheem glass cylinder. It’s fair to say this 49 yr old cylinder was about to completely dump its contents. We switched it out for a Rinnai A26 instantaneous water heater giving her more cupboard space inside & got rid of this pile of rust. Get In touch if your concerned about your hot water heater or are sick of low pressure showers. These units are so good I even installed one at my own house 6 years ago & have never had any issues
