Rugby legend Sam Cane and his wife Harriet built with Urban Homes, and they loved the whole experience.

Whether you're building on family land, in a new subdivision or on a lifestyle block, every build comes with its own set of challenges. That's where experience and local knowledge count.

We've been designing and building homes since 2004, with teams in Waikato, Thames-Coromandel and Rotorua who know the areas they build in.

For one day only, step inside something special.

Our homeowners have generously offered to open the doors of their stunning new Urban Home in Tamahere, giving you a rare opportunity to step inside, get inspired and experience what makes an Urban Home so special.

This home began with our popular Fendalton plan, a proven design built around practical, modern family living. The owners personalised and adapted the plan to create a home that's uniquely theirs. It's a beautiful example of what's possible when a great plan is your starting point.

Come and experience the Fendalton beyond the floor plan, see the quality and craftsmanship that go into every Urban Home, and gather ideas for your own building journey.

Our team will be there on the day to chat about the Fendalton, our range of pre-designed plans, or how we can adapt a design to suit your site and your lifestyle.

Saturday 17 October, 12pm - 4pm
7 Fairweather Lane, Tamahere
