Throwback to 2022. Te Kura o Te Whānau a Apanui was more than a construction project. It was an opportunity to work alongside the local community and help create a kura for future generations.

Early in the project, our team attended a marae stay to learn more about the rich cultural heritage, community, and surroundings of the area.

We also hosted open days throughout the build, helping the community stay connected to their new kura as it took shape.

We're proud to have played a part in delivering a project that will continue to serve the community for years to come.

Learning doesn't stop when you leave school.

Over the past few years, Livingstone has supported Ria on his Te Reo Māori learning journey through Te Wānanga o Aotearoa as part of his professional development.

What started as a goal to build his language skills has helped grow his confidence, strengthen relationships, and create more opportunities to bring Te Reo and Tikanga Māori into everyday workplace conversations and practices.

For Ria, the journey has been about more than learning a language. It's been about building connections, understanding, and confidence.

Here's a glimpse into his journey.

Pukekura The Parade has been a big one! With 36 townhouse units ranging from two to four bedrooms, this project has been a huge team effort from day one.

Now, with 19 homes at the handover stage, it’s exciting to see all of that hard work come together.

Delivered alongside Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa, we’re proud to be part of a project that recognises the significance of Te Ātiawa and Ngāti Te Whiti, while helping create quality homes and lasting communities.

We’re incredibly proud of our team for delivering a high-quality project on time and on budget, while also supporting local Māori-owned businesses along the way.

Great projects are built through strong partnerships, and we’re grateful to everyone who played a part. 🖤

What a fantastic result at the NZ Commercial Project Awards! We’re incredibly proud to have taken home Gold Awards for two outstanding projects.

🥇 Te Ramanui o Ruapūtahanga for South Taranaki District Council. A civic space designed for connection, community, and longevity, delivered with purpose and pride for the South Taranaki region. Through strong collaboration and clever low-waste solutions, the project incorporated reclaimed materials, repurposed elements, and smart construction thinking throughout.

🥇 Eagars Funerals. A beautifully detailed project brought to life through careful coordination, craftsmanship, and refined ex*****on. Designed to support both the practical and emotional needs of the community, every detail was thoughtfully considered.

Huge thanks to our clients and partners, and a special shoutout to our Taranaki team, proudly representing the region as the sole Taranaki-based company to take home an award.

As we move closer to handover at Mission Heights Primary School, it’s awesome to see this Design & Build project taking shape.

This new 6-classroom, two-storey stand-alone block is now closed in, with framing complete and exterior cladding underway.

We take great pride in building spaces that inspire future generations, and we're incredibly proud of our team and partners on-site who are working hard to get us across the finish line. 🔨

Built for community. Built for the future.

Frontier Estate Block B in Te Awamutu is a purpose-built medical and commercial complex designed for a growing neighbourhood.

It creates space for essential health and professional services, right where they’re needed most.

From civil works and underground services to the medical centre fitout, our team delivered the full build.

Completed on time and on budget, this is a project we’re proud of. A big thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project to life. 👏
