I will be using Fertilizer and Hydro-mulch to create a favorable environment for grass seed to germinate, so topsoil is not necessary on general roadsides. However, I do require a flat surface with minimal stones, rocks and rubble and that the surface is not sand. Stones may appear on the surface if not removed as the product is sprayed at around 70 psi so it can pe*****te the soil. Please conside

r this when back filling holes or preparing soil as this may result in public complaints. House sections and private property may require more attention depending on quality of soil and client requests. You (the customer) will be responsible for soil preparation (if required, unless otherwise agreed upon). I may require a meeting to walk over Jobs to clarify areas requiring Hydroseeding and quote meterage. Alternatively if this is not convenient we can make other arrangements. Any areas I have Hydroseeded will become my responsibility,
including:

• Ensuring germination takes place
• Cleaning any over-spray from footpaths, roads or private property
• Repairing any damage that may occur to the Hydroseeded section.
• This may include damage by the public, or
• Vehicles and animals,

And with the exception of

• Sinkages and any other incident due to poorly prepped ground,
• Complaints due to rocks appearing on the surface. The price per m2 starts at $3.50 +gst, and for Jobs over 1000m2 the price will be $3.20 +gst. Areas that require reseeding due to poorly prepared ground will be charged at full rate, however, areas requiring reseeding for any of the other reasons stated above will be done free of change and at my soonest practicable convenience.
