KDH has one of its very own, Kauri Peterson, representing NZ in South Africa for the Men's Open Indoor Netball Tri-Nations (Kauri is George's son and a casual employee so we can make that claim! 🤣)

Pop in to visit us!

If you're in town this week for the Fielday's pop in to visit our yard and Showhome at 170 Kohia Dr, Horotiu. We are open until 5pm and Sat 10-1pm.

Something a little different this week, we had a school visit from Rototuna High. George got to live out his dream of a being a teacher as he talked them through stages of build, materials and even did a little bracing demo.

They got a tour of the construction yard and showhome and we got treated with some yummy baking that the students made! It was awesome having them here, we love talking about what we do and hopefully have inspired them in some way. Also... we will do anything for morning tea lol

New site!

Things are well underway on this new site in Te Kauwhata. Our clients are planning on building a 125sqm home with 2 bed, 2 bath and a scullery, finished in brick and a mono-pitched roof line, and what a great spot for it!

Ready for delivery!

The house is loaded and the piles are in, ready for delivery tonight! For this site it required engineered driven piles, so that had to be done first prior to delivery. Exciting time for our clients, as it's not long to go now before their brand new 3-bedroom home arrives!
