Meet Haeata!

Fresh out of the shell, Haeata hatched on 24 September weighing a whopping 359.4g!

Another Granny Flat Ships Out!

Our popular Kea 2-bed 70sqm design is heading off to Karaka tonight!

This is the first granny flat building consent exemption we’ve completed since the new law came into effect.

Obtaining the PIM was quick and saved our customers around $7,000 in building consent fees across Waikato and Auckland councils.

Their new home is still built to the same building standard, with the same checks and requirements in place, just without the extra red tape.

And with our clients choosing upgraded features such as a stone bench top, gas cooktop, heatpump and vinyl plank flooring this home is set to make someone very happy and comfortable.

It's handover Friday!

We handed over another beautiful home today to our happy clients. This build was a modified transportable design built onsite in Taupiri.

Our clients chose to upgrade the exterior to Nuline weatherboard and Taiga timber cladding and on the inside, they went bold! With one wash of colour throughout the entire house, ceiling included! And wow, does it make a statement! We like it when our customers have bold outside the box ideas. It's your home, so let's build it your way.

Mum's new view!

Once this 2 bed 80sqm granny flat is finished mum will have a lovely view over rural Raglan. Positioned right next to the kid's basketball court she can also watch them develop their trick shots.

Perched in place.

This transportable home was safely place on its new perch and now it's time to start on the deck and garage.

The guys are hard at work on this site in Thames, augering the holes for the deck piles. With such an elevated site, our clients will soon have an expansive deck to make the most of those stunning views and enjoy some spectacular sunsets.

Another step closer to turning this site into home.
