Our NEW Granny Flat Range is here!

We’re excited to finally share our new range of Small Spaces Granny Flats, with designs ranging from 52m² right through to 70m².

With the new granny flat legislation now in place, adding a small home to your property can be simpler than before. Eligible new, standalone granny flats up to 70m² can now be built without a building consent, provided they meet the exemption requirements. A PIM and other requirements still apply.

Choose from a range of layouts, sizes and finishes, with options to have your granny flat built at our Waikato factory and transported to site, or built on-site at your property.

Our new range is now live — get in touch begin planning yours today!

We recently had the pleasure of handing over this stunning 68m² Granny Flat, and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. Our clients chose a fantastic combination of colours and finishes, bringing their vision together.

It's always rewarding to watch a project come together from the very beginning through to handover, and this one was no exception. Working alongside such a wonderful family made the entire journey even more enjoyable.

Thinking about building your own granny flat, tiny home or cabin? We'd love to help!
