Jason Smith founded Design Culture after working in the construction and design industry for the last 15 years. This has allow him to incorporate his construction knowledge and design process to build a robuset company. To gain a greater knowledge of the construction industry Jason begun a building apprenticeship with BCITO and completed a Certifcate in Carpentry. He worked on a wide range of cons

truction projects from renovations on villas, to schools, multi-story buildings, and high end residential. Jason then studied a Diploma in Architectural Technology which extended his construction and design knowledge. Jason is a leader in the technical design and software development of Design Culture. He has extensive knowledge in the design and construction of weathertight envelopes for schools and high-performance buildings. He enjoys being at the forefront of this area of architecture at Design Culture.
