Hi everyone, we have news.
After 8 awesome years, we have decided it’s time for new adventures.
So SOS Whiteware Repair Ltd is closing.
We want to thank you all for your support. It’s been a crazy ride!

We want to especially thank the amazing Sharon for her hard work, dedication, and friendship, we couldn’t have done it without you x

All current jobs will be completed before our last day on April 21st. We are not taking any new private jobs.

We have been working with our friends at Butler and Hewitt to make sure our customers are supported going forward, so if you ring our phone numbers, you will be be automatically transferred to them.

We couldn’t have done it without all of you either. So thank you for the referrals, positive reviews, kind words, and of course jobs over the years!

Message from SOS Whiteware/FL Bone Parts and Service.

Please be aware we have been profoundly affected by the cyclone.
Both Brendon and Raeleen are cut off from the office/workshop in Hastings as they live in Napier with no power and virtually no means of communication.
We have Sharon in the office doing her best to contact customers but having very little luck due to very limited cell connectivity.

We will do our best to be up and running as soon as we can.

Our hearts go out to all who are affected by this disaster and we hope this message reaches you all safe and well.

Hi all, its that time of year again. After a very long tough year, we are taking the opportunity to have a few weeks off over Christmas. So our last day for the year will be Dec 23, and we will be back Jan 10th. So get in there and let us sort your appliances out before the last minute rush 😁

Hiya folks, here we are again……! Obviously like the rest of you, we are doing the responsible thing and staying home as much as possible. I don't want to be the first person to break it to you.... but it's coming up to that time of year again! 😁

With the global situation there is a real shortage of appliances, and their parts. So please, if you need a repair before the 'big day', get in touch asap to book it in, and we will do our best to get it sorted in the next 31 sleeps.

We will be closing at lunchtime on the 24th December, and back on board Tuesday 5th Jan.
