A very enjoyable little project hidden in the havelock hills! Look out for this one on Air BnB in the near future.

This humble little abode is less than 60sqms but with a clever design and layout, has it feeling very spacious and welcoming for guests to enjoy the space 🍷☀️

PROGRESS UPDATE!!

The two bedroom project is flying ahead and looking very staunch with its awesome outlook across to the Black Barn vineyards.
The Brookland Estate build has also taken some nice shape and the boys are looking forward to closing this one in while the weather is on our side! ☀️☀️

A small job of adding new gates and a front entrance which had added some extra wow factor to this already lush property in the back of Havelock.

Great villa restoration completed by the team!

This mid 18th century Villa was hit hard in the cylone, as seen in a previous post.

The job involved extensive foundation repairs and sub-floor strengthening and leveling. Salvaging serval hundred meters of Rimu flooring along with a beautiful contrast of new oak throughout the ‘modern side’.

A mix of restoration and replacement of timber joinery along with a perfect new kitchen, laundry and stunning bathrooms throughout.

A special mention to all the awesome subcontractors who helped make this happen!
