**25/25 @ EPD**

It all started when I was 17, beginning my electrical journey as an apprentice at Pan Pac in Hawke’s Bay.

Fast forward 40 years.

Four decades in the industry — and 25 of those years with EPD — moving from Industrial Electrician to Managing Director.

2025 marks my 25‑year anniversary at EPD. It hasn’t been without its challenges, but staying focused on the work, the EPD team, and the customers who rely on us has always kept me moving forward.

Working hard, staying positive, delivering for our clients, and telling the odd Dad Joke have been the constants — and the parts of the job I value most.

As for the next 25 years… let’s keep things realistic.
I’m not going anywhere, but for now, I’ll set my sights on 2026 and keep the momentum going.
