We’ll show you more as we progress but here’s the first layer of framing. The nogs are thinner and we’ve put batts over to reduce the thermal bridging

Su***de prevention day.

Su***de is high in the construction industry. It’s not something you can tough out, medical help can help with that dark place.

This year one of the best things I did was say are you ever suicidal to someone who was “down”. We had a very honest conversation and I was able to check their health care was happening and easy to access.

I found the following page really useful in checking I was doing what was needed to support
