Clean drivers licence

JUNIOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR WANTED - HAWERA

We are on the lookout for a Junior Office Administrator. This is a job share position working mostly from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm Monday to Friday. In some instances you may be required to work all day until 4.00 pm.

The position will cover general administration duties will include but not limited to: answering the phones, first point of contact for the front counter, setting up jobs and quotes, checking emails, maintaining morning tea/stationery supplies, vehicle management, typing of weekly meeting minutes etc.

No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
