We attended a job where a failed thermostat caused the hot water to overheat overnight. The system was safely depressurised and drained, and an electrician was arranged to attend to replace the thermostat.

Just a couple of days later, we were back after hours for a burst fitting — quickly isolated and repaired on site to get things under control.

Two separate issues in one week… unlucky timing, but both sorted safely and efficiently by the team 💪🚰
