He’s the one out on the tools every day, bringing 15+ years of industry experience and a genuine passion for the trade. His hard work, attention to detail, and dedication to his customers are what stands out.

Behind the scenes you’ll find Aubyn — human mum of two, fur mum of three, vet nurse by trade, and currently learning the ins and outs of the plumbing world.

While Jake is out on the tools, she’s the one keeping things organised behind the scenes, looking after everything from invoicing and bookkeeping to social media and admin.

When she’s not behind the computer, you’ll usually find her with a good book, plotting a way to acquire more pets or spending time with her family 📚🐾

ONE MONTH DONE ✔️

Our first full month in business has officially been and gone — and it’s been a busy one!

Over the last month we’ve tackled a bit of everything, from hot water heat pump installs and leak repairs to pipe outs, gas jobs and general plumbing maintenance 🔧

A huge thank you to everyone who has booked a job, shared our name, recommended us or even just liked a post on Facebook 🤝

We’ve had so much support already and are incredibly grateful for every bit of it. Looking forward to a busy few months ahead!
