As the year comes to a close, we're delighted to complete another beautiful project with the handover of a stunning new home. Brett and Theresa's home was destroyed by a fire, but thanks to the dedication of our team, they're now off to start anew in their beautifully rebuilt property, just in time for Christmas! We're grateful for the opportunity to have worked with them and wish them all the best in their new home.
To our hardworking subcontractors, we extend our deepest gratitude for your expertise and commitment in bringing this all together in time for Christmas.

Handover day! It always brings much joy to handover the keys to our lovely clients. Being part of the journey from design ideas to completion is an honour.
Brent, Ellie and Macaroni have been wonderful to work with and have a beautiful new home to enjoy on the West Coast. We welcome you to our Hokitika community and can’t wait to see you around the streets, the lakes and at the beach!

This week has seen considerable activity for our team. We are putting the finishing touches on one build, roof installation on another, interior painting underway up in Greymouth, ready for a handover up in Kaiata and the final plumbing pipe out is happening in Westport, we certainly have achieved a lot. Love the progress going on up and down the West Coast!

Floor down to frames up in a couple of days! This spring weather certainly has made it challenging to get a floor down but as soon as it brightenings up, we are in and take off!

Handovers are the best and we had the pleasure of handing over to our wonderful clients Shannon and John a couple of weeks ago. We first met these two when they still lived in Dunedin. We worked closely to bring their dreams together to build this beautifully crafted home. It’s been a real pleasure to work with you both and it’s great to see you all settled in.
A big shout out, as always, goes to all our amazing team of subcontractors. We can’t do what we do without you. Your passion for delivering the very best ensures we bring together our stunning homes.
