Dear Valued Customer,
We will be reopening this Wednesday 1st September 2021. Whilst we have been trading on an essential services basis for the last few weeks, we are now ready to serve all your needs.
We will be operating differently and will have processes in place as per the government guidelines to ensure we keep customers and staff safe.
1. Rivertown Electrical Ltd – 30 William St Premises
• No entry into our building (apart from our own staff). The doors will be locked, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you need to contact us, please call (07) 8287240.
2. Ordering
• Contactless ordering only: email or phone orders are permitted
3. Payment
• For Credit accounts, goods will go on to your account as normal.
• No Cash, Cheque or Eftpos can be taken at this time.
• Bank transfer details are printed on your invoices.
4. Collection of goods from our Premises
• You can collect goods, at an agreed time, after placing an order.
• Collection of goods will be from the foyer/main entrance.
• Call us when you are in the carpark, and we will direct you to your goods to ensure contactless delivery.
5. Service requests
• Phone or Email your request through as per normal, and we will assign an Electrician to assist you.
• We will be asking more questions in relation to Covid-19 to ensure the safety of you, your family and our workers. This is an important part of our fight against Covid-19 and must be followed.
• We require all contact tracing documents to be filled upon request.
Government Requirements:
We will be operating under the Government’s Level 3 requirements from COVID19.govt.nz and Business.govt.nz
As the requirements for COVID19 are likely to change - we will change our processes to match them to ensure we can continue to operate safely. We will let you know of any changes to requirements when you contact us.
