Position Overview:
As our Part-Time Admin Assistant/Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. The majority of your work will be conducted remotely, with occasional visits to our workshop to collect deliveries, deliver letters, and assist our staff as needed. This position offers flexibility and growth potential as our company continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as required.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Support our team by providing administrative assistance and facilitating communication.
Complete occasional errands such as collecting deliveries and dropping off items to staff members.
Work independently and efficiently from a home office environment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Reliable transportation to visit the workshop as needed.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Must be available to work Monday to Friday, approximately 10-20 hours per week.
