Been a bit slack on the social media front lately as we have been absolutely flat out, but here is a renovation in a rental home we have recently completed.
This job required a level 5 gib-stopping finish in the lounge, master bedroom and hallway, due to the walls being stripped and painted over in the past.
After we completed the gib-stopping, we prepped and painted the ceilings, trim and doors in Resene Half Black White. Then we finished off the walls in Resene Black White. Check out the video to see the awesome transformation. 👌

Jobs like these always take me back to my roots, where it all began.

I was very fortunate to be trained by a very good tradesman with 40+ years of experience in the painting and decorating trade.

Having the skills to strip wallpaper, gibstop walls, paint all trims/ceilings and hang wallpaper to a high standard.

It's incredible what a splash of colour can do to your home, here's an interior where we gibstopped all the cracks/defects in walls and ceilings. Then painted the ceilings, trim and doors in Resene Quarter Pearl Lusta, Walls in Resene Half Duck Egg Blue.

Renovation job for Sargeant Building completed this week, featuring an enlarged master bedroom with a massive en-suite and walk-in robe. The ceilings, walls, and trim were painted in Resene Black White, while the doors were painted in Resene Eighth Black White.
