Builder Wanted – Rotorua

PINC Builder is looking for an experienced builder to come on board as a contractor for 30+ hours per week.

We do a good mix of residential work including bathroom renovations, decks, fences, general renovations, repairs and property maintenance, so the work is pretty varied.

Most of our jobs are around Rotorua, with some work further out towards Kawerau.

I’m looking for someone who:
• Is a qualified builder or has solid equivalent building experience
• Has plenty of residential building experience and can confidently work independently
• Takes pride in their workmanship and does things properly
• Is reliable and easy to work alongside
• Has their own transport
• Own tools would be a bonus

Contractor rate negotiable depending on experience.

This would suit someone experienced who enjoys a bit of variety rather than being on the same type of job every day.

I thought I’d take a moment to properly introduce myself.

I’m the owner of PINC Builder, a qualified Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) with over 10 years of experience working in residential construction across both New Zealand and Australia.

I started PINC Builder because I wanted to build something of my own while giving homeowners a better experience. I wanted to be the person you speak to from the first phone call through to the finished job, making sure every project is completed to a high standard with honest communication and quality workmanship.

Whether it’s a small repair, a new deck, fencing, a renovation or ongoing property maintenance, I enjoy helping people solve problems and creating practical, long-lasting solutions.
