Operations Supervisor Kawerau based!

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the construction industry, with scaffolding and rigging experience being a significant bonus. You will be responsible for managing personnel, coordinating projects, and ensuring efficient workflow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the scaffold and rigging teams.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the performance and productivity of the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Utilize computer systems to track project progress, manage schedules, and maintain records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and all team members to ensure smooth project ex*****on.
• Identify and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety standards.
Conduct weekly Aculog site inspections

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Scaffolding experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
