At Platinum Homes Northland, we use the **EcoPly Rigid Air Barrier System** on many of our homes to create an exceptionally strong and durable building envelope.

Unlike a standard building wrap system, EcoPly is a structural plywood barrier that is engineered and fixed directly to the framing, significantly increasing the strength and rigidity of the home. In higher wind zones, stud spacings and bracing requirements are specifically engineered to suit the site conditions, creating a home built to perform in Northland's environment.

Team Platinum is doing it again!

Just three days into the working week and the progress on site has been outstanding. Roof trusses are now in place, hardware is being installed, and the hips and valleys are taking shape.

It’s fantastic to see the momentum, dedication, and teamwork driving this project forward every day.

Morning Platinum Team,

We’ve achieved our goal! In the five days since the slab was completed, the frames have been stood, braced, and fixed to the slab, with scaffolding now in place and everything ready for truss delivery on Monday the 8th.

A fantastic effort from everyone involved. This is a great example of teamwork, planning, and commitment to keeping the build moving forward.
