In particular, we have to highlight Jake. We honestly can't believe such a young steersman/operator possesses that level of expertise! Jake, your precision and eye for detail while building the rock walls were incredible to watch. The structural quality and sheer craftsmanship of your work ensure that people will be remembering and talking about your skill for decades to come. Absolutely top-tier talent! 🔥

To put the cherry on top of a spectacular job, the site wrap-up was completely immaculate. From the perfectly level earthworks to the pristine, tidy roadside. We pride ourselves on leaving a footprint of quality, and this team nailed it.

Here is a little insight into the Team:
🔧 Favourite part of the job: We genuinely get excited about finding solutions for tricky construction challenges and unique site conditions.
🛠️ Three words used to describe themselves: Solution-driven, community-focused, and transparent.
☕ Go-to smoko: We’re more about a good coffee (coffee makes everything better, right?!) and a quick brainstorm to keep the momentum going.
💬 Fun fact: Markus notices everything from a nail polish colour change 💅 to one nail out of line on the project. He DOESN’T miss a thing!! 🧐
📍Memorable Project: We are super proud of the Berry Factory packhouse and the Hospice build. They were both complete turn-key developments that allowed us to show off what we can do.
