Jake got a phone call 🙂

He was asked if he'd consider taking on an internship from France 🇫🇷 for our planting season.

He said " Yeeeeeeah "🤷🏽‍♂️ Not even know what the hell that ment

2 months later Gabriel Danguy Des Deserys turns up at our door. Extremely exhausted from his 24hr trip halfway around the world to get to little ol Thames 😁

We started explaining a lot more in-depth his job description. Thats when we realized, OMG... He doesn't understand us 😳😅

From minimizing the amount of words we spoke and taking out kiwi slang, left us with only hand signals to communicate 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Luckily he is a strong man and a fast learner, it got him through no worries.

We all had the pleasure of getting to know Gabrielle over the 10 weeks working with us.
Hes definitely going home with more English than he came with 😆
He came into our peak season and experienced all NZ's weather conditions and still had the biggest Smile

The whole crew enjoyed his company and will remember him forever 💙

We hope you have a Safe trip home tomorrow Gabrielle back to your Family.

Back again for another year Planting in Te Akau.

Roughly 130,000 🌲 pine planted on farm land over a week an half for Carbon credits. Managed by PF Olsen.

Thank-you to Ashley & Lucy. This is one of the creamiest blocks we've ever had 🍒🎂

In this time we had a random drug test. 24 tested, 24 passed 👌

We also had a FSC audit ( Forest Stewardship Council) and easily passed 🥇

The Latham family from Green Island Estate returning farm land back into Native 🌿🌳☘️🍁

We prepped the ground 6 weeks earlier with spot spraying 2.5 x 2.5 metre spacing ⏺️
We are very excited to help be part of their project.

108,000 Pine went into a private block for our regular clients in Glen Massy 👨‍👩‍👧
This is our 4th time back to this property🌲🌲

Daniel & Sherice are very welcoming. The crew love coming back here because Sherice spoils us with her Amazing cookies 🍪 😋
And Daniel with his Home bred Beef burgers 🍔
