Happy Friday!

Another roofers' lift and edge protection project for a returning client in Hobsonville.

Access was limited at this site, so the team built the scaffold up and over the dwelling on either side to provide safe and effective access for the painters.

Another tidy setup from the Barrett Access team.

🌁Foggy mornings mean wet roofs😶‍🌫️

Roof edge protection and a roofers' platform on roof pitches greater than 25° help protect trades from falls, meaning work doesn't necessarily have to stop on wet winter mornings.

This was a fun and rewarding project for roof and barge maintenance on this community building in Point Chevalier.

The Barrett Access team installed this tidy, compliant scaffold with pride and integrity, providing safe and efficient access for the trades working on the project.

The Barrett Access Scaffolding team recently installed this multi purpose scaffold, designed to provide safe access for three separate trades working on the property at the same time.

Roof edge protection:
Installed to provide a safe working environment for the roofers carrying out roof repointing and replacing broken roof tiles.

Top working platform:
Built at the ideal height for spouting repairs, as well as fascia repairs and painting.

Double working platform:
Erected to provide safe access for cladding repairs and repainting.

Every scaffold we build is designed to suit the specific requirements of the project, ensuring each trade has safe and practical access to complete their work efficiently.

The Barrett team recently installed roof edge protection and an access tower for a roofing project in Waimauku.

The scaffold was designed to provide safe access for the roofers while they completed repointing, re-tiling, and chimney re-flashing works.

For this project, we used our tube and clip system for the roof edge protection to accommodate the roof's layout and provide maximum versatility. The access tower was built using our Ringlock system, allowing for a safe, efficient, and quick installation.

New build in Taupaki coming along nicely 🙌

This project required approximately 350m² of scaffolding, including a number of complex angles and inserts.

Our team completed the installation in just two days, and the scaffold has required no alterations since.

It's always rewarding to see our clients' projects progressing during our weekly safety inspections. The roofing has now been completed without a hitch, and the build is ready for windows and cladding.
